MY goodness what a MEGA pretty spot for a brewery! I’m no stranger to the Molly Rose, but this visit was thanks to a GABS voucher promising a FREE snack with a pint – say no more.
A QUICK tram ride from Melbourne to Collingwood, and I WAS THERE –
First impression? A gorgeous beer fridge on entry – followed by an even more beautiful bar to sit at (my FAVOURITE).
One PINT of the hazy please, because pint = snack.
Before I was served a delicious bowl of beer-roasted peanuts with a togarashi garnish! Salty, spicy, crunchy – MOREISH..
I snacked on those and admired the bar – I had it all to myself that afternoon while the rest of Melbourne soaked up the sun outside.
I was having a lovely chat to the bartenders, so I stayed on for another, and because the BEER MENU had “Let’s Go to the Lobby” a self-described Choc top Popcorn STOUT
I could not resist
one please!
I left a few stickers with the awesome bartenders and went off on my way,
Loved it
