Newstead Brewing Co.

NUMEROUS times I’ve been to Newstead Brewing Co. In MILTON, Brisbane. It was one of my LOCALS and one of my FAVOURITES.

(I did visit the original Newstead Brewing Co. in NEWSTEAD when it was there, before it became Working Title) But this about the one right next to Suncorp Stadium.

SO let’s start with: the PRETTY red sign! Out front and all WELCOMING – bars and beers are INSIDE!

It’s a LARGE venue, with arcade machines right inside the door, next to a massive bar (with seats at the bar!)

A tasty menu of delicious pub snacks, and a SPICY yum pizza!!

Bar ADJACENT is the BEER GARDEN, and OH the BREWERY is out the back –

THIS ONE TIME, I visited when Pink Boots Society were putting on a NIGHT!

OUT the back, there’s a 4 tap set-up, and I’ll have one Coastal Hazy Pale 4.2% please and thanks!

It was a networking night with a TOUR of the brewery, so I’m like HELL YEA.

Popped in and met LADIES (plus a few GENTS) from the BEER WORLDS of Brisbane: Archer, CUB, XXXX, Green Beacon and FELONS legends.

The brewery tour was super cool – and I got to see all the giant electronic vats at work, right through to the canning and boxing of beers.

(if you’re ever offered a brewery tour I highly recommend this FUN)

There was a PANEL CHAT – with women in the industry & brewers.

Big BIG fan of the Newstead Brewing Co. It has ALL THE THINGS. Great beers, great food, great atmosphere, great staff!
