O’skulligans

Okay where was I – bar #15, O’skulligans

Once upon a time I would’ve walked right past this place, but the challenge was good at getting me out of the house, and out of my comfort zone. Also just everything about this bar was intimidating. 

The door guys: “There’s bands playing tonight”

Fun!

“It’s cash only” 

Of course!

(I scoot back to the ATM and grab some cash)

OK the bands list was not intimidating, but I was first to arrive, Door > 1. Me.

Ooh a pretty pink neon sign, snap that “Bloody lovely” 

Ask the bar lady if there’s a cocktails list: “Not tonight” 

No dramas! I felt like a scotch anyway

There’s barstools but I’m too short for them, so sit at a table and watch bands play their magic and enjoy the night. 

Overall: Would visit again, possibly already drunk. Was not game to use the loos.
