Valley Hops Brewing

Very cool, very nice, very lively Fortitude Valley rooftop bar- Valley Hops Brewing got 2 (TWO) visits from me in 2022. My virginal first time there was in February, simply to cross off a “V bar” from my Z to A list. 

There’s a DAZZLING sign out front, and (on this particular Saturday night) – about 10 people waiting in line, for the elevator that takes 4 at a time to the roof top. It’s a COSY little lift, but it does the trick.

My mate Gibby was tending bar, so I got to walk out of the lift and in to her hugs! Welcoming me in, she even has seats at the end of the bar for solo visitors like me (Sweet)

I watched the busy bar as Gibby made me a delicious Watermelon cooler drink, “Feel free to take photos!” (OMG she knows me too well).

I like the view, I like the vibe, I like the range of beers – all brewed on-site. I went back in November for their red ale, and a pizza (not shown here).

What else can I say.. it has lots of PLANTS!
